产品概述 Product description

JCA 系列母线槽在结构上与 JCC 系列相似，它是是采用铝排作为导体，密度小于铜，重量偏轻。因其导电性能低于铜，同等安培等级下，JCA 系
列导体宽度大于 JCC 系列。
◎导体紧密贴合，间距小、电抗小、散热好、温升低、热稳定性好、载流量大，节能效果优良。
◎采用带散热片的铝合金型材作外壳，强度高、散热效果优良，不会产生涡流噪音及涡流损耗。
◎密集绝缘母线槽主要适用于化工、冶金、工矿企业和文化体育场馆、展览馆、机场、车站、商厦等社会公共场所及高层建筑的输配电供电系统。

The JCA series busway is similar in structure to the JCC series. It uses aluminum rows as conductors, has a lower density than copper,
and is lighter in weight. Because of its lower electrical conductivity than copper, the JCA series conductor width is greater than the JCC
series at the same ampere rating.
◎ The conductors are closely attached, with small spacing, small reactance, good heat dissipation, low temperature rise, good thermal
stability, large current carrying capacity and excellent energy saving effect.
◎ The aluminum alloy profile with heat sink is used as the outer casing, which has high strength and excellent heat dissipation effect,
and does not generate eddy current noise and eddy current loss.
◎ Dense insulated busway is mainly used for power transmission and distribution systems in chemical, metallurgical, industrial and
mining enterprises and cultural stadiums, exhibition halls, airports, stations, commercial buildings and other public places and high-rise
buildings.
