产品概述 Product description

母线槽导体采用 TMY 系列的 T1 铜排，每条相排表面分别包覆两层聚脂薄膜作为绝缘层，端部留有至少 45mm 裸露面供安装连接器，铜排按相
序放入铝型材外壳，通过盖板和侧板固定导体。JCC 系列母线槽分为 13 种，范围在 400A-6300A。
◎导体紧密贴合，间距小、电抗小、散热好、温升低、热稳定性好、载流量大，节能效果优良：与空气型母线槽相比，密集绝缘母线的杂散电流
及感抗要小很多，因此其电压降比空气型母线槽低。
◎采用带散热片的铝合金型材作外壳，强度高、散热效果优良，不会产生涡流噪音及涡流损耗。
◎密集绝缘母线槽主要适用于化工、冶金、工矿企业和文化体育场馆、展览馆、机场、车站、商厦等社会公共场所及高层建筑的输配电供电系统。

The busbar slot conductor adopts TMY copper row of TMY series, each phase of the surface is covered with two layers of polyester film
as the insulation layer, at least 45mm exposed surface is left at the end for mounting the connector, and the copper row is placed into the
aluminum profile in phase sequence. The outer casing is fixed to the conductor by a cover plate and a side plate. The JCC series busbars are
divided into 13 types, ranging from 400A to 6300A.
◎ The conductors are tightly fitted, with small spacing, low reactance, good heat dissipation, low temperature rise, good thermal
stability, large current carrying capacity and excellent energy saving effect: stray current and inductive reactance of dense insulated
busbars compared with air busbars It is much smaller, so its voltage drop is lower than the air busway.
◎ The aluminum alloy profile with heat sink is used as the outer casing, which has high strength and excellent heat dissipation effect.
It will not produce the same turbulent noise and eddy current loss as the ordinary iron casing busway.
◎ Dense insulated busway is mainly used in power transmission and distribution systems for chemical, metallurgical, industrial and
mining enterprises and cultural stadiums, exhibition halls, airports, stations, commercial buildings and other public places and high-rise
buildings.
