JC Series Products Features

智能连接器 Intelligent Connector

◎采用了单螺栓夹紧机构，安装快捷、可靠，只需传统连接器安装的一半时间。
◎双头定扭矩螺栓，确保连接所需的压力，配以特制的蝶形弹簧，保证连接接触面间的持久压力。
◎绝缘隔板的边缘巧妙的凹凸沟槽的设计，增大了爬电距离。

◎ Single bolt clamping structure are adopted; with fast and reliable installation,just half the time of
the traditional connector installed is spent.
◎ Double-headed bolt torque ensures that the pressure needed for the connection.Special belleville
spring guarantees the connection betwween the contact surface of enduring pressure.
◎ The concave and convex groove design on the edge of the isolating partition increases the
creepage distance.

铝合金外壳 Aluminium Alloy Shell

◎ JC 母线槽采用合金型材外壳，重量轻、机械强度高；有效避 免涡流和磁滞损耗对母线槽系统造成影响。
◎全铝外壳具有优良的导电性能，整体外壳具有 50% 以上的接 地容量。
◎特有的锯齿散热片，极大地提高了母线槽的散热能力。
◎异于传统母线的 JC 母线槽外壳由两片组装而成，整体性更 强，防护等级更高。

◎ Aluminium alloy shell,light weight and high mechanical strength are adopted;the impacto on
busway from current vortex and hysteresis loss is avoided.
◎ With good conductivity ,all aluminum shell has more than 50%of the grounding capacity as a
whole.
◎ Serrated fins significantly improve the heat dissipatpation capacity of busway.
◎ Different from the traditional busway,JC busway is composed of two pieces of shells with higher
integrity and protection grade.

锯切导体 Sawing Conductor

高速据切，切口光滑无毛刺，锯切精度高，保证截面的平整性，降低了母线接头温升。

◎ Precision ensure the smoothness of the section and reduce the temperature rise of busway
connection.

聚脂薄膜 Polyester Film

绝缘耐热等级 B 级（130℃）。
◎一层的耐压可达 10000V 以上。
◎不含卤化物，高温无有毒气体产生，通过欧盟 ROHS 环保标准。
Polyester Film
◎ B-level heat-proof insulation（130℃）.
◎ A layer of pressure resistance can reach more than 10000V.
◎ By european union ROHS standard, the film excludes.
